Open to Ladies 3s, Mens 3s, 4s & 5s players. This session builds on basic skills, tactics and gameplay. Run by David Hopkins

By-invite session for Ladies 1s & 2s players. The session offers cardiovascular, tactical and skills training. Run by Harry McDonald

Mens

Tuesdays  20:00 - 21:30

By-invite session for Mens 1s & 2s players. The session offers cardiovascular, tactical and skills training. Run by Linden Lockhart

Indoors Mondays  19:45 - 21:30

Short bursts of indoor hockey sessions run over the winter months as an alternative to outdoor training. Run by Harry McDonald

Adults should complete this booking on behalf of U18s.
